John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. (Mark 1, NASB)
You [Jesus] are My beloved Son, in You I am well pleased. (Mark 1, NASB)
The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel. (Mark 1, NASB)
It is not those who are healthy who need a physician but those who are sick; I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners. (Mark 2, NASB)
Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter; but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin. (John 3, NASB)
To you has been given the mystery of the kingdom of God, but those who are outside get everything in parables. (Mark 4, NASB)
There is nothing outside the man which can defile him if it goes into him; but the things which proceed out of the man are what defile the man. (Mark 7, NASB)
The Son of Man is to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill Him; and when He has been killed, He will rise three days later. (Mark 9, NASB)
But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and the two shall become one flesh so they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. (Mark 10, NASB)
Then who can be saved? ...Jesus said, WIth people it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God. (Mark 10, NASB)
You will be hated by all because of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. (Mark 13, NASB)
...after the tribulation...they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And then He will send forth the angels and will gather together His elect from the four winds... (Mark 13, NASB)
Take heed, keep on the alert; for you do not know when the appointed time will come. (Mark 13, NASB)
Some began to spit at Him, and to blindfold Him and to beat Him with their fists, and to say to Him, 'Prophesy!' And the officers received Him with slaps in the face. (Mark 14, NASB)
And Jesus uttered a loud cry, and breathed His last. (Mark 15, NASB)
He is risen, He is not here. (Mark 16, NASB)
Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. (Mark 16, NASB)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life...for God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3, NASB)

    Why this page?

I started this blog as an initiative to help people get into reading the Word of God for themselves.

The truth is that our faith is constantly tested, and Satan tempts us daily. In Matthew 4, Satan twists the Word of God to tempt Jesus to sin. But Jesus knows the Word well and doesn't fall for Satan's misinterpretations. Jesus doesn't lose His ability to die a sinless death for our sake and maintains His status as the Son of God.

Fun Fact: It takes approximately 4 hours to read through the Book of Genesis, and approximately 8 hours to read through book 1 of the Harry Potter series.
